Yuwei Hong has over 15 years of experience in management, investment, and consulting. He currently serves as Vice President of Xizang Zhufeng Resources Co. Ltd. (formerly Tibet Summit). Prior to joining Xizang Zhufeng in 2022, he worked as an Investment Director at NextView Capital. Mr. Hong holds a master’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.
Marceau Schlumberger

Marceau Schlumberger is the Founder and Managing Director of Coral Reef Capital LLC, a private investment firm focused on industrial, energy and mining industries. Since 2008, he has led the firm’s investment strategy and remains active in the natural resources sector. Mr. Schlumberger also serves as a director of Western Exploration Inc. and several private natural resource companies. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School.
MARK HOLCOMBE

Mark Holcombe is an experienced corporate finance professional with over 36 years of experience in corporate and investment banking, corporate development, and asset management. Most recently, he has focused on investments in the natural resources, energy transition, real assets, and industrials sectors. His recent prior roles include Senior Advisor at Nebari Holdings and Managing Director Antarctica Capital. Further, Mark has held senior natural resources and leverage finance banking roles at Global Hunter Securities, Madison Williams Holdings(formerly SMH Capital), Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette, ING Capital, NatWest Markets and worked as a Director in the Corporate Development Department at NBCi. Also, Mark was Head of Private Equity/Corporate Development and Chief Compliance Officer at GEM Global Equities Management, a $300million AUM emerging markets fund based in the Bahamas. Mark completed the Global Bank Analyst Training Program at Chemical Bank. Mark holds a B.A. in Political Science from Colgate University where he played 4years of varsity football.

Cam Hosie is a Senior Vice President at SLB, where he helps lead commercial and business development across SLB’s New Energy platform. This platform includes carbon capture, hydrogen, geothermal, critical minerals, and energy storage technologies. He plays a key role in shaping SLB’s global energy transition strategy, building partnerships, and advancing sustainable energy solutions. Prior to SLB, Mr. Hosie served as Chief Executive Officer of 8 Rivers, where he led the commercialization of breakthrough zero-carbon technologies. He brings extensive experience in managing large-scale, innovative energy projects and advancing clean energy and decarbonization initiatives.
Xavier Wenzel

Mr. Wenzel is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 25 years of financial management experience. As a principal at Fehr & Associates, a public accounting firm, and a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia, Mr. Wenzel has considerable audit and tax expertise, as well as extensive experience with financial and regulatory reporting for public companies. He has a strong background with public companies, particularly in the mining and resource sector.
