“Event Registration”, requires the collection of personal and payment information in order to purchase passes and to participate in some Association events. The Member Access portal requires the collection of personal information and is solely for the use of Association Members, Board Members, Committees, Management, and Staff of the PE. To enter the Member Access area, a user does require a registration process and identification of a special “User Name” and “Password”. All personal and payment information collected is done so in a SSL Server Authentication environment. 

All information collected is used solely for the purposes of communication, purchasing of event passes, security, and site management.
